In 2021 we were lucky enough to be apart of the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers Food & Wine Festival. Over this event we created and sold over 500 grazing boxes. I was also lucky enough to do two demonstrations across the weekend on how to make the ultimate grazing platter with local produce from across the region.
